give yourself a time-out, relaxation and new energy for your everyday life!

Are you suffering from burnout or stress? The ReSource Yourself - Week will take place in the 5*-Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa in midst of the Swiss alps. It offers the possibility to calm down, take a deep breath, enjoy and relax far away from everything. Several workshops support the relaxation process and help you to acquire the skills and resources that allow you to take back, integrate and live that calmness in your everyday life.

WEEK 1:

Meaning and Balance– Where do I stand and where do I want to be?

In everyday life, frequently, we have to function and there is no time for reflection. That is why we start the theme week(s) with a workshop that allows you to determine where you're at, to reflect your values and how you live them. It helps you to feel the discrepancies between your ideals and wishes and a reality that may burn you out, and then allows you to identify your possible points of change.

Communication in Emotional Contexts - Avoiding and solving conflicts

Tension and private as business "relationship" issues commonly lead to a sensation of stress or strain. That is why participants of this workshop get to know different communication models and practice concrete tools. They learn to avoid misunderstandings and solve conflicts, which helps to reduce existing strains in private or business contexts.

Attitudes and Beliefs– A main lever for change

A frequent reason for burdening and wearing ourselves out against better knowledge are our attitudes and deeply rooted belief systems. „Everything has to be perfect“, „If i don't do it, nobody will“, „I will prove it to you“, „If I don't do it right, I don't do it at all“ und „Success is based on absolute dedication!“ are typical examples of such inner truths. We discuss the meaning and perceptional filter function of such beliefs and get to know possible ways of changing them, while maintaining their advantages.

WEEK 2:

Transform Straining Emotions – Emotional Freedom Technique

This Workshop imparts an unbelievably efficient technique for dissolving negative emotions, blocks, or beliefs which frequently are the root of physical suffering and pain. The participants will be able to find immediate relief of stress and tension, but also get to know a method that allows them to work on emotional and physical issues both medium- and long-term.

Relief at Work– Discover new resources and perspectives

This Workshop applies the concepts of anchoring and resource transfer stemming from Neuro-Linguistic Programming, in order to dissolve discrepancies between a stressful or negative and problem focused experience in everyday work and the desired reality. This allows the participants to discover new practical solutions and steps of change.
If desired by the participants, this workshop can be sustained by an individual and goal oriented leadership coaching session.

Health for Your Body – Recognize and break with compensation mechanisms

Eating, smoking, drinking and "doing" are just some of the compensation strategies that are enhanced under emotional stress and tension. They are often the only form of relaxation, which is still available, and unfortunately they have "unhealthy" side effects. Participants who want to keep their body healthy, will get new perspectives and techniques that enable them to back off those addictive behavior patterns.

„ReSourcing“ – individual sessions

During the two weeks we offer our psychological support in individual sessions. This is how you can sustain the impact of the workshops for yourself or solve more private issues on a profound level.


Background information: ReSourcing is a process that solves emotional blocks, helps access inner resources and facilitates outside solutions through inner changes. It is rooted in several approaches (among others, coaching, psychotherapy, counseling) and uses different methods (from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Behavior and Systemic Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and other body-energetic methods).
